We know that Instagram is doing really well because of their picture-first focus.
This is a really interesting area and we are going to use this article to dig into the evidence a bit more. This brings out the research geek in us and we will add more content over time as we find it.

Here is a really interesting research article which challenges a commonly quoted “fact” across the internet that “we process visual information 60,000 times faster than text“.
Beautifully researched, but no hard findings yet.
