It’s a great idea to have an initial “kick-off” meeting where we discuss the specifics of the tender response, discuss the win strategy and work with you to identify the “win themes”, which are your differentiators and why you will win. We will also identify required inputs from you and other parties, and allocate due dates for this, so that the response process stays on track.
Having additional meetings during the process and towards the end when we are finalising the proposal is also a good idea. We will work around you and your team’s availability when scheduling meetings. We are always available throughout the process via phone and email.

Most of the bids we work on have a fast turnaround. For the last 12 years, the average response time for bids we have worked on has been 14 days. We have also worked on bids with shorter and longer response times than this.
We also manage bid content libraries for a number of clients. This is a great service as you don’t have to worry about saving and keeping your content up to date. It’s possible to create your own bid content library, however it can be a real challenge to keep it fresh and up to date. If you submit more than 5 tenders a year, you really should consider our managed service, it’s great value.
